All students are billed for a full school term of lessons, which cannot be transferred to a new term. Alternative arrangements for non-attendance of lessons are provided below:
Online Lesson
Students attend their lesson from home via Skype. Online lessons can be arranged even on short notice.
Asynchronous Lesson
Students pre-record and share a video of themselves playing their assigned work. The teacher uses the student’s lesson time to write detailed feedback and revision strategies for the following week.
Lesson Transfer
Students can transfer their lesson time to a family member or friend. For example, one student who has a back-to-back lesson with their sibling can give their lesson time to the sibling.
Rescheduled Lesson
One lesson per student per term can be rescheduled to another time, provided a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is provided. Lessons missed in the last week of Terms 1, 2 and 3, or in the last two weeks of Term 4, cannot be rescheduled.
Teacher Absence
If the teacher is absent for any reason and cannot schedule extra lessons, a credit will be offered to affected students.
